The Artist

I grew up in Phillipsburg, NJ and received my BA in Art from William Paterson University in Wayne, NJ. As an art major in college, I had the perfect opportunity to study the great works of art in the Manhattan art district. This opportunity gave me unlimited exposure to creativity on every level.

After graduating I was unable to find work in my field and was forced to join the business world. I may have lost touch with my creativity but my heart didn't forget. After 20 years in the paint business as a Facility Manager with Sherwin Williams I rediscovered the lost love of painting. It happened through inspiration upon viewing an American Impressionist exhibit at the Orlando Museum of Art in Orlando, Florida where I now reside.

I paint to capture the beauty of a specific topic, time or place. Seeing beauty in everything allows me to focus in on an interesting subject and create what is sure to bring the viewer to a destination of enjoyment. To share creativity is to share your innerself.
